DETOXING FROM FACEBOOK AND WHATS TO COME NEXT

The last two days I have been working on detoxing from Facebook and messenger. Mother Sophia directed me to completely disconnect myself from all the social network platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc). She has been working with me in an intimate mentoring relationship since I been rereading the Sophia Code.

I have to be honest and say I had no idea to the depth of my addiction. Yes, I called it an addition to Facebook and messenger. These have been my mode of communicating with the majority of people in my life. You see since my spiritual awakening in the fall of 2019 and the Covid restrictions of 2020, I have not been very active with my family and friends. This past February, I did return to some social activities but in the last few weeks I have found myself returning to my previous anti-social behavior. I am not sure if it’s due to the fact of the intense incoming energies or if it was that I was reverted to past behavior.

In these past two days, Mother Sophia has really pressed upon me that I need to be out of my house more and in nature and with people. She reminded me of how I enjoyed my previous times of going to water aerobics before Covid. She said it wasn’t that I had to do that specifically but that I need to find an outlet for physical activity among others. As I write now I hear Her say, “try yoga classes.”

I know these two days are just the beginning of my detox program She has for me. I truly believe this is the beginning of a complete new journey of self discovery and spiritual growth. I really am feeling at this moment that I will not be returning to my previous usage of Facebook and messenger to the extent that have in the past.

Mother Sophia says it’s time for us All to get back out among the people and bring what we have learned in these past three years or so to others. Many of the friends I have on Facebook in my spiritual circles have all been on a similar spiritual awakening journey for about the same period of time as me. Mother says it’s time to start making ourselves visible in our communities and teaching others. Many of us will be changing our physical locations in the coming months. There are those of us that have felt the call for some time now even before Covid and we will begin to see a clear path of our journey to the places we are to relocate to very soon.

My prayer for you is that you join Mother Sophia in an intimate mentoring relationship as well. Also that you analyze your own social media usage and other behaviors to see where you might need to make any changes.
