IT’S OK TO REST AND JUST BE

I know many of us are so driven that we believe we must always be working or doing something spiritual. Did you know resting or just “being“ is a necessary part of our spiritual journey?

Taking time to actually unplug and allow your body, mind, and spirit just to let go and rest is ABSOLUTELY a necessary part of a balanced life. Integration, clearing, and grounding require times or relaxation.


Part of resting and being can even be allowing yourself to have fun and be creative. l know myself personally, I have trouble just letting go and not being in a constant state of “thinking” and “analyzing”. This actually stems from my early years of childhood of not feeling safe enough to rest.

I have worked at finding balance for most of my adult life. I have always been on one end of the extremes: either full “On” all the time and barely sleeping 4 to 6 hours a night to a complete shut down of doing nothing but what I call “vegging” no activity but sleeping or laying around and brainless activities for days on end.

Through self-analysis, I was able to see that it was unhealed wounds and trauma or my shadow self that has kept me in these extreme states. By allowing myself normal times of rest, any areas in need of healing have been be able to come into the light.


We are living in a period like none other we have ever experienced, well at least in this lifetime anyway. We are literally changing our physical body form from carbon based to crystalline. This type of change in of itself requires a lot of energy. Not to mention all the consciousness changes we are going through and bringing in all of our multidimensional selves into one form. Just these two processes are requiring more of us than we have ever done in any lifetime.

So give yourself permission to just rest and be. Have FUN! Allow the things which are deep within to come up for healing. I promise you will not miss anything that is meant for you. We are always being Divinely guided.
